October is next week and we’ve got a lot of exciting activities in store for you! With improvements to VS rewards, a Free Superstar for everyone, brand new Halloween-themed Superstars, and month-long events, October is going to be a blast!
Reward Structure Improvements
Currently, players earn Fame Rewards each week in VS which give a set of class-specific Training Points and Props. Based on feedback we realize that waiting up to 6 weeks for the color TP you might need most isn’t ideal. So starting this Monday, you’ll have a much better opportunity of gaining all the colors each week!
To accomplish this, we will be putting mixed bags of TP from Fame Rewards which will grant the same amounts of TP but in bags of random colors. All other color/class-specific items, such as Shango Curse and Bizarre Fragrance, have been replaced with Standard Toolboxes which grant 3-5 random Props each. Better variety of colored TP, and many more props!
NOTE: With this change, the amount of T-shirts you would win from VS during PPV weeks will be added to the Limited Time Tours. You will earn the same amount overall as before but just in a single location.
Similarly, Leaderboard Rewards will also grant Token Cases so you have a chance at earning items for each class.
Introducing Zombie Superstars!
Zombies are coming to WWE Champions and all players will be able to earn a FREE Kevin Owens “Bite Owens Bite” zombie Superstar! 3 other Limited Edition zombie Superstars will be available for a LIMITED TIME throughout the month in Mega Superstars! Get them before they’re gone!

Costume Party & Free Gear Giveaway!
Performance Improvements & Faction Feud
Last week’s blog outlined an issue affecting performance, specifically in VS and tag team matchups. This issue has been addressed and the fix will be deployed in the coming days! The next major update will also include some additional Faction Feud improvements and fine-tuning.
October is going to be full of awesome things to do! Beyond this, you can expect to see your usual Events, Blitzes and Feuds, and regular Mega Superstars spread out throughout the entire month!
*Editorial Edit: We noticed an error in our messaging regarding the design of the Month-long Event and what you earn by leveling up KO Zombie. Players who enhance him can earn KO Zombie Posters etc. The wording has been adjusted this to better clarify the design. We apologize for the confusion.
The team has been burning the midnight oil and whipped up 2 throwback Gauntlet Blitzes to run in light of Faction Feud being postponed! To help you prepare for these two Blitzes, we’re sending out 250 free Gauntlet Blitz tickets to all players who log into the game this weekend.
We have located the cause of the extended loading issue in some battles and will be applying a fix soon. Until then, players noticing lag particularly in PvP and Tag Team Matches may need to allow additional time for a match to load/finish even if the spinner appears stuck. Since Gauntlet Blitz does not utilize tag teams, this issue should have limited effect on the event.
We are aiming to have the 1st one run later tonight PDT time.
With this week’s update, we have made quite a few fixes to Faction Feud’s overall stability, and have improved server functions so it can handle many more procedures. We feel these changes will greatly improve your experience.
However, with this week’s Update also came a new, unrelated issue which has caused some players to experience an increased wait time or lag during gameplay. While we’re working very hard on fixing that issue, we are determined for it to not affect your gameplay during the Feud. Since the issue cannot not be resolved before Friday, we will be postponing this weekend’s Feud until a later time when we’re confident it can run more smoothly.
Tomorrow, we will be running a Talent Up Event with increased milestone rewards, including a total of 1 Million Coins, and 1,000 No Mercy T-Shirts.
We appreciate your continued patience as we work to improve Faction Feud. The change to remove the Faction Feud event will happen between late tonight, to early tomorrow morning PDT.
UPDATE 9/18 2:25 pm: The team is looking into reports of lag and freezing in PvP and some wifi complaints.
The newest release addressed several crashing and freezing issues as well as a variety of other bugs. Please check out the list of bug fixes below.
Game Balancing & Improvements:
A Limited Time Tour, Tag Team Blowout Part 1 was released inadvertently to the game yesterday afternoon. This was an old Tour that was still in the data which released due to an automatic timer that deployed. We will continue to let Part 1 of the Tour run out its timer, but any additional part(s) will not run.
So feel free to play through the Tour and earn some additional rewards!
